No Smoking Inside
The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Please smoke only on the balcony or outside.
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for understanding.
Quiet Hours
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests on the booking may stay overnight. Day visitors welcome.
Keys & Security
Always lock the door when leaving. Keep your key safe — replacement fees apply if lost.
Rubbish
Bins are on the street. Separate recyclables where possible and take rubbish out if full.
Water & Energy
Turn off lights, appliances and AC when not in the room. Be mindful with water.
Treat it Like Home
Leave the apartment reasonably tidy. Report any damage so we can sort it promptly.
How things work
Appliance Guides
- Point the remote at the unit and press On/Off to start.
- Use Mode to switch between Cool ❄️, Heat 🌡️, Fan 💨 and Dry.
- Recommended summer temperature: 24–26°C.
- Use ▲/▼ for temperature and Fan for airflow speed.
- Close windows and doors when AC is running.
- Turn off when leaving — even briefly.
- Error code on display? Message us immediately.
- Press the red Power button to turn on.
- Smart TV — use Home button for Netflix, YouTube and other apps.
- Log out of personal accounts before checking out.
- Use the side HDMI port to connect a laptop.
- Black screen? Press Source/Input → select HDMI 1 or TV.
- Network & password: on the sticker on the router near the entrance, and on the welcome card on the table.
- Coverage: full apartment including balcony.
- Connection dropped? Unplug the router for 30 seconds, plug back in.
- Best signal: sofa/living area.
- Detergent under the sink. Use one cap — left drawer for detergent, right for softener.
- For everyday clothes: 30°C Cotton or Quick Wash (30 min).
- Fill to ¾ capacity only.
- Press Start/Pause. Door locks until cycle ends.
- Use the drying rack provided — not the radiators.
- Hob: Induction — use only the pots provided. Turn dials clockwise to increase heat.
- Oven: Set dial, preheat 10 minutes. Always use oven gloves.
- Kettle: Fill, place on base, press switch — turns off automatically.
- Coffee machine: Pods in the cupboard above. Lift lid → insert pod → close → place cup → press. Empty capsule drawer after use.
- Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher before checking out.
- Use AC remote in Heat mode for the main room — set to 21–22°C.
- Bathroom towel rail has its own wall switch — turn off overnight.
- Extra blankets in the bedroom wardrobe.
- Keep doors closed between rooms to retain warmth.
